Admissions
Admission Procedure:
- Call or write, if you have any questions.
- The first step is to set up a time to come in for a tour without your child. Tours are given between 9:30 and 1:30 M-F. The process takes about 1 hour. It includes a parent interview.
- Next, we will set up a time for you to come back with your child to visit. Your child will visit in their prospective classroom for an hour. The teacher will complete an observation record form during your child’s visit to in ensure our program is the right fit for your child.
- An acceptance letter will be sent within a week of your child’s visit. We will base your acceptance on the teachers’ evaluation of your child, and the parent interview questionaire. Please call as soon as you receive your acceptance letter to secure your child’s placement.
- Once your child has been accepted you will need to fill out the enrollment form and return it with the deposit, registration fee and supply fee within one week.
- We will need you to obtain any previous information from any other programs your child has attended and a current health assessment.
- Lastly, you will need to sign the contract for the school year and/or summer prior to the start of the program.
- Prices are based on program times
